The decoder is now completely written and the rendering quality is better than any previous djvusdk. And the decoder is now capable to use SSE2/3 features if available.

The SDK equips DjVu/High-compression PDF unified encoder and you can easily create High-compression PDF based on DjVu encoding codes.

This library is completely written based on a new format specification of DjVu and we reduced very nesty hacks found in the old djvusdk.
Abstract file I/O
Now encoder does not depend on file access so that you can create DjVu files on memory easily. It's also easy to create platform dependent system I/O wrappers to this library.
Optional .NET wrapper available
There's a .NET 2.0 wrapper for this library named DjVu#. It provides you with the easier access to the full C++ SDK features on C#, Visual Basic .NET and even on PowerShell.
